Prior to joining IGCA, Aya was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she worked on operational transformation and strategy engagements for several automotive and pharmaceutical companies and public organizations.
She has also interned with the Turn Around Management/Business Advisory Service (TAM/BAS) programs for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and worked as a volunteer consultant at TechnoServe Kenya with a business development project.
Aya completed a Master of Science in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Tokyo (2002).
