Prior to joining Investor Growth Capital in August 2005, Paul was Vice President (Investments) of EDBV Management Pte Ltd (the direct investment arm of Singapore Economic Development Board).
As a fund manager of EDBV Management Pte Ltd (fund size of about US$450m), Paul was the key driver of the M-Commerce Ventures Fund that has invested in wireless internet/technology projects in Europe and Asia since 1999.
A physics major at the National University of Singapore, Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honors) and was a recipient of the Institute of Physics Medal, Singapore National Academy of Science Award and the Cambridge Scholarship.
He holds an Executive MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD and currently a CFA charter holder. He currently serves on the board of ChinaCache, Yuan Chuan, CDP Group, China Data Group, 800 Teleservices, LIBA and Golferpass.
