Karl Swartling is Managing Director and Co-Head of Investor Growth Capital Europe (Stockholm). He joined the company in January 2004.
Before joining the Stockholm office, Karl spent 15 years with the McKinsey & Company consulting firm. During his last seven years at McKinsey, Karl was a partner in the company’s Stockholm office. As a consultant, he focused on two main industry sectors: life sciences and industry. Karl also led McKinsey's Scandinavian Life Sciences Practice for a period of five years.
Karl holds an M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics.
