Thomas Eklund is Managing Director and Co-Head of Investor Growth Capital Europe (Stockholm) and has been employed since 2002.
From June 2000 to September 2002, Thomas was an Investment Director of ABN Amro Capital Investments, where his responsibilities included investment processing of expansion capital and MBO transactions in the Nordic region. Investments managed during his time at ABN Amro included MBOs of Champion Inc. and Biovitrum AB.
Before joining ABN Amro, Thomas was employed at Handelsbanken Securities Corporate Finance, where he was Vice President responsible for the healthcare group when he left in 2000.
In addition, Thomas also serves on the boards of several privately owned companies within the life science sector.
Thomas holds an M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics.
