The company’s solutions allow service providers to effectively monitor the performance of the network, the service quality of the services delivered to subscribers and the management of service level agreements (SLAs) with customers, providing the foundation to truly manage corporate and consumer-oriented service offerings.
IGC invested USD 10 million in Vallent in 2001 and an additional USD 3.8 million in support of Vallent’s acquisition of its largest competitor, ADC’s Metrica division.

Tessera
Tessera is a leading provider of miniaturization technologies for the electronics industry.
Over 4.5 billion semiconductors incorporating Tessera’s advanced packaging technology have been integrated into a range of consumer, computing, communications, medical and defense electronics.
In 1996 IGC invested USD 35 million in Tessera. Tessera went public in November 2003 and continues to be one of the top performing technology IPOs from 2003.

Mindjet
Mindjet is the leading provider of software for visualizing and managing information to achieve more effective planning, collaboration, and business process management.
Since Mindjet’s inception, the company has sold more than 600,000 licenses of its award-winning MindManager software.
IGC led the company’s most significant institutional round to date in April 2005 with an USD 11 million equity investment in a total financing of USD 15 million. This financing was used to bolster the company’s balance sheet and provide meaningful liquidity to founding shareholders.

IGC led the company’s second institutional round in 2000 with a USD 13 million investment alongside other co-investors, Greylock, Crosslink, USVP and TCV.

Greenway
Greenway Medical Technologies was the first company to bring a fully integrated practice management and electronic medical record (EMR) solution to the small to mid-sized doctor’s office.
Greenway has over 300 customers and has achieved top rankings for quality, service and ease-of-use from independent market research firms. IGC invested USD 15 million in Greenway in 2004 as the first and only institutional investor in the company.
