Dr. Albert Kim joined Investor Growth Capital in 2001 and is based in Menlo Park.
Albert is a life-long technologist with more than 10 publications in scientific peer-reviewed journals. Prior to joining IGC, he has worked at McKinsey & Co and Goldman Sachs, as well as an independent technology consultant to various Venture Capital firms and angel investors.
Albert received his PhD degree in Applied Physics from Harvard University. At IGC, Albert focuses on hardware companies (including tele/data-communications and consumer electronics) and the Cleantechology sector.
Albert currently serves on the Board of Directors of Paratek, ReCellular, Skycross, Trilliant and is also a Board observer at Magnum Semiconductor.
Albert also worked with Investor Growth Capital's investments in Picolight (acquired by JDSU), Navini (acquired by Cisco) and Atrica (acquired by Nokia Siemens Networks).
