The Wallenberg Foundations are the largest owner of Investor. The three largest Wallenberg foundations: Knut and Alice Wallenbergs Foundation, Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation and the Marcus and Amalia Memorial Fund, own a combined 23.3 percent of the capital and 50.0 percent of the votes in Investor. The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation is the single largest owner, with 19.6 percent of the capital and 42.0 percent of the votes.
At year-end 2012, our share capital totaled SEK 4,795 m., represented by 767,175,030 shares. We had a total of 129,559 shareholders at year-end (134,329). In terms of numbers, the lagest category of shareholders is private investors, and in terms of the percentage of share capital held, institutional owners dominate.
As of year-end 2012, foreign ownership amounted to 33 percent (33).
