Investor has a zero tolerance policy against any kind of harassment or discrimination and we have an external whistleblowing channel.
We continue to measure perceived inclusion and how our employees feel about their individual ability to make an impact.
We want to offer fair and market-based compensation. When it comes to equal pay, we conduct an annual salary evaluation to ensure that we provide equal compensation between men and women.
We have an Equality Plan which describes the process of equality at Investor AB and its
subsidiaries, however excluding its operating subsidiaries ("Investor"). This Plan is written by
the Human Resources Function and approved by the management group.
Policy and internal rules
Our diversity and inclusion policy is approved by the Board of Directors and our internal rules are approved by the Management Group. Those rules are aimed at providing guidance on how to embrace inclusion and diversity and execute on the policy.
A strategy and defined targets are in place to ensure that the work is focused on relevant areas. Investor’s targets are updated regularly in cooperation with a working group consisting of HR-representatives and employees. Among other things, the targets cover areas such as diversity in the recruitment process, training and competence development and work against discrimination and harassment. The targets are monitored and followed up by HR on a regular basis.
We strongly believe that diverse teams characterized by inclusion and different perspectives stimulate innovation and drive better decision-making.
